Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours from our warehouse in California. Local pick up is welcome; However, cash payment is required. Alaska and Hawaii residents, please email for shipping quote before bidding or purchasing any item. All orders are shipped via standard ground USPS, UPS, or FedEx, unless special prior arrangements. We only ship to Paypal’s or Google Checkout’s confirmed address and will not deliver to PO boxes. Please supply a physical address and phone number to which we can ship your order to. Tracking will be emailed to you once it is available. We will notify you immediately should we have problems with your shipment. All damaged shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving. Pictures of damaged goods are required for opening a claim.

We will NEVER disclose, share, sell, or trade any personal or individual information that we collect to third parties other than in the course of completing a transaction that you have requested. We built our website with a 128 bit SSL security so you can comfortably shop without fearing your personal information leak out to anyone. Moreover, all our transactions will be checked out via Paypal and/or Google Checkout so we both covered under protections of Paypal and/or Google checkout.
Wholesale Price
We do have very special price for bulk buying, please email us for special price. We do have wholesales price for retailers. Please email us to setup accounts.
Sales Tax
A 8.75% sales tax will be added to orders that ship to California's address
Return
Returns are accepted within 15 days, after purchased day. Return goods must be in new/un-used/un-opened condition. Buyer pays return shipping cost. Please contact us for Return Authorization Number (RAN) before return your purchased items. All returns without RAN will be rejected. Refund will be issued once we received and inspected the returned items. We refund the purchased price less shipping and handling costs.
