Thank you for choosing to order from koifarm.com Koi fish are living beings, and their well-being is of utmost importance. While we take every measure to ensure the health and safety of our koi, there are inherent risks associated with the transportation and acclimatization of live animals. We cannot guarantee the condition of the fish upon arrival, as factors such as shipping conditions, weather, and individual fish characteristics may affect their health.  Before proceeding with your purchase, please carefully read and understand the following disclaimer:

  1. Health Guarantee:   While we strive to provide healthy and disease-free koi, we cannot offer a guarantee against all potential health issues. It is important to monitor the fish closely upon arrival and report any concerns promptly. We recommend quarantining new fish before introduction to a new pond.

  2. Shipping Risks: Shipping live animals carries inherent risks. Although we partner with reputable carriers, unforeseen circumstances during transit may impact the well-being of the fish. We advise customers to be present for the delivery and to inspect the package promptly. In the event of any issues, please contact us immediately.

  3. Refund and Replacement Policy: . If the koi fish is confirmed to be unhealthy or suffering from a pre-existing condition, customers may choose to receive a full refund for the purchase price, shipping not included. Fish killed/damaged in transit will need to submit a claim shipping carrier.  After a claim has been submitted, Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within [7] business days after the issue is verified. Customers may choose to receive a replacement koi fish of equal value instead of a refund. If a replacement is selected, Barstow Koi Farm will replace the fish, shipping to be paid by the buyer.
