About Us

      In 1991, Mr.T.K. Liu and his family established their 40-acre Barstow Koi Farm in Newberry Springs, 15 miles east of Barstow in Southern California.

      Mr. Liu has been breeding and showing Koi nationally and internationally for over 45 years and was the first to introduce Japanese Koi in Taiwan. He has proudly won with his domestic bred Bekko, Utsuri and Sanke. This has proven to him that domestic bred Koi can compete and win.

      We are one of the largest domestic Koi breeders in California.  Annually, we produce over a million healthy Koi in non-stress environments.  All of our Koi are quarantined prior to sale and shipping.  We import our breeders from well-known Koi farmers in Japan for domestic breeding.

      Barstow Koi Farm will do our best to satisfy our customers; selling only high quality Koi and imported Koi food at the lowest price possible.
